Job summary

Flexisource Information Technology Inc. seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to support Australian accounting operations in its Makati office, with hybrid work setup.

You will assist in month-end close, reconciliations, fixed asset tracking and reporting, while contributing to process improvements. You'll collaborate with operational teams and external service providers, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in supporting Australian accounting operations.
• Experience in accounting or finance roles (Junior/Assistant Accountant or similar).
• Knowledge of month-end closing activities, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience maintaining fixed asset registers (capitalisation, depreciation, disposal).
• Basic understanding of AP/AR and invoicing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Xero or MYOB.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem solving.
• Good organisational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with finance colleagues, operations and external providers.
• Proactive mindset with interest in improving accounting processes and controls.
• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm; Hybrid work, onsite training first two weeks then weekly onsite.
• Location: Makati; Full-time or contractual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable to support operations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, ensure proper capitalisation and depreciation, and asset tracking.
• Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations and reporting to meet deadlines.
• Help improve finance processes and controls, and automate regular reports where possible.
• Build strong working relationships with operational teams for accurate reporting.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
