Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a Finance Manager Level 2 to lead advanced financial planning, budgeting, and reporting from a remote setting in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving automation, aligning with US controllership, and scaling offshore finance operations.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage AP/AR, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic financial insights and proactive cost controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial management and leadership experience.
• CPA/CFA or master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading offshore finance/shared services operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore finance operations team across AP/AR and related tasks.
• Drive automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Coordinate with US controllership and other finance functions.
• Establish operating rhythms, SLA metrics, and issue logs.
• Mentor and develop offshore team capabilities.
