Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager Level 2 to lead advanced financial planning, forecasting, and team leadership from the Philippines. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and partner with executives to support growth.

The role emphasizes offshore finance operations oversight, automation initiatives, and effective collaboration with U.S. controllership teams. A strong background in FP&A, treasury, and leadership is required to scale our finance delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Six+ years of accounting/finance operations experience.
Two+ years of people leadership in offshore/shared services.
Experience with automation, workflow improvement, or AI in finance.

Responsibilities

Manages offshore finance operations team responsible for AP, AR, and cash application.
Oversees M&A integration reconciliations for AR and AP.
Manages Workday integrations with third-party vendors and our Bank.
Establishes daily/weekly/monthly operating rhythms with dashboards and SLA metrics.
Drives process automation and AI initiatives to increase offshore scalability.
