Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst / ERP Implementation Associate in the Philippines. You will gather requirements, map processes, and support ERP implementation with cross-functional teams.

You’ll document needs, assist testing and UAT, and help translate business needs into system specifications. Fresh grads with analytical skills are welcome; on-site work in Tomas Morato may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP implementation, or related work.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Tomas Morato, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements through meetings and interviews.
• Assist ERP implementation activities including planning, testing, and deployment.
• Support users with system walkthroughs and training; document results.
• Suggest and implement process improvements and documentation updates.
