Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions within a hybrid work setup in Metro Manila. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to translate needs into system requirements and ensure proper documentation, including BRD/FRD and user stories.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with SDLC, SIT, and UAT to deliver effective enterprise applications and system enhancements.

Qualifications

Experience in business systems analysis and gathering requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into functional specs.
Knowledge of BRD/FRD documentation.
Familiarity with SDLC, SIT and UAT processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Develop BRD and FRD and other documentation.
Create process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Support SIT and UAT with test scenarios.
Coordinate with QA and development teams throughout the SDLC.
Assist in issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
