Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives in a hybrid setup in Quezon City. You will gather requirements, map processes, and coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

The role involves training, documentation, testing, and change management to ensure successful project execution and measurable improvements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP implementation, or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience creating user guides, SOPs, and business documentation.
• Experience conducting user training and stakeholder presentations.
• Exposure to software implementation projects and testing activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and system needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to document requirements.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and baselines to measure impact.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies before system automation.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
• Assist in project planning, timeline development, and execution activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligned with objectives.
• Create reports and materials for various stakeholder groups.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute testing and UAT; document defects and coordinate fixes.
• Facilitate user training sessions and change management activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist users.
