Job summary

First Table is seeking a Customer Support Administrator who loves delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers hybrid work and onsite training. You will handle reservations, promotions, and account setup, work with Zendesk and HubSpot, and coordinate with restaurant partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably BPO/shared services.
• Experience supporting NZ, AU, or UK markets is advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience using Zendesk and HubSpot CRM systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting for apps, websites, and integrations.
• Background in the food service or dining industry is a plus.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and customer focus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with a proactive team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, promotions, reviews, and account setup.
• Manage customer and client interactions via CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot).
• Provide timely, accurate, and clear responses to customer concerns.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and restaurant partners.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to the platform, including apps, websites, and integrations.
• Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Respond to customer reviews professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with restaurant partners to update promotions, menus, and contact details.
• Assist restaurant owners in setting up and managing their accounts/pages.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
• Prepare daily and monthly productivity reports.
