CoStar Group is seeking a Customer Experience Partner in the Philippines to ensure an outstanding customer journey. You will be the first contact for inquiries, from basic website support to complex technical troubleshooting.

You will gather customer feedback, drive product adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and reporting. The role includes billing reconciliation and ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA, in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure settings.
• Proficient with Freshdesk and 3CX.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the first contact via phone, chat, and email and resolve inquiries of varying complexity.
• Own issues end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships, share feedback, and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate artwork, templates, system updates, and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Manage billing reconciliation, supplier invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA while maintaining accuracy.
