CoStar Group is seeking a Customer Experience Partner in a hybrid setup to join our team in Manila. You will be the first contact for inquiries, handling both simple and complex issues across phone, chat, and email, while collaborating with internal teams for timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. We value efficiency under deadlines and precise ticket handling.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency with Freshdesk and 3CX for support and ticketing.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer focus.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer enquiries of varying complexity.
• Take ownership of issues end-to-end, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships, share feedback, and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate artwork, templates, system updates, and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Manage billing reconciliation, supplier invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA requirements while maintaining high attention to detail.
