Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Manila is seeking a Customer Communications Coordinator to join our UK Retention team. This permanent role in Makati offers a hybrid setup with two office days per week, and an 3PM–11PM Manila time schedule that overlaps with UK hours.

You will plan, coordinate and deliver timely onboarding and retention communications, ensuring messages are accurate, on-brand and timely while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with copywriting, editing and proofreading
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in communications, marketing or customer engagement

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver onboarding and retention communications
• Ensure content is engaging, accurate and produced on schedule across channels
• Maintain contact lists and support effective communications delivery
• Analyze data and feedback to improve relevance and timing of communications
