Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City is seeking an Assessment Processing Administrator to join our team. You will help ensure accurate processing of entries and marks, while delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role operates in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with two days in the office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlapping UK hours.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience in Administration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Experience in an administrative role with following multiple processes.
• Keen eye for detail in data processing and reporting and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Deliver agreed operational processes accurately and on time, including entries, amendments, and candidate updates.
• Maintain data accuracy through candidate linking, carried-forward checks, and resolutions.
• Carry out marks keying and marks chasing with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and work independently when needed.
