Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Manila is seeking a Customer Data Associate for a hybrid role. The position reports to the Regional Partnership Executive Manager and involves building and validating customer data to support UK sales initiatives, with a salary range of Php 24,000 to 30,000 per month.

The role requires strong data skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and build customer contact data ahead of key campaigns.
• Identify and validate customer sales leads from internal channels and ensure leads enter the sales process.
• Support integrated sales and marketing campaigns by providing market intelligence and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
