Qualifications

• Expertise in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to accurately interpret data with high attention to detail.
• Previous line management experience in a busy deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to learn, analyse and deliver multiple complex operational processes with the same deadline.
• Ability to adapt and re-prioritise to meet changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules, timelines, and resources to support core functions and peak periods.
• Oversee and resolve operational challenges across multiple processes in the area.
• Own processes with KPI, timeline, and schedule reporting.
• Review change requirements and disseminate information to the team in a fast-changing environment.
• Ensure continuity by aligning procedures between teams.
