Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Assessment Processing Administrator for a permanent, hybrid role. You will manage AML Inbound tasks, support multiple streams, respond to queries, and contribute to process delivery under tight SLAs.

The position rewards strong English communication, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork, with a schedule 3 PM–11 PM Manila time, two office days per week. Salary ranges Php 24,000–30,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
• Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Provide effective process management across AML Inbound.
• Assist across all work streams and sub-teams within AML Inbound to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our business requirements.
• Support Managers and colleagues in series planning, series readiness, process delivery, process monitoring and review, resolution of complex customer and process queries, ownership of processes and/or stakeholder relationships, and internal/external reporting and data handling activities.
• Responsible for the completion of day-to-day tasks of AML Inbound operations processes.
• Responsible for checking the updated working documents and procedures.
• Respond to customer queries within agreed SLAs and escalate when necessary.
• Escalations of issues and risks accordingly to your manager.
• Updating and reporting your team's progress against agreed plans.
