Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, seeks a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role at Harton Corporate Center, Parañaque City. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, perform data entry, and support customers with a service-oriented mindset.

The position requires clear English communication, strong computer literacy, and adaptability to shifting schedules. Bachelor's degree is preferred and experience with AU/NZ/UK accounts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication.
• Very good level of computer literacy.
• Experience in customer-facing contact center or back-office operations.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and reside within reasonable commute.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions via phone or email regarding products, services, and support.
• Perform transactional tasks including administrative work and data entry for new accounts and requests.
• Identify ways to improve customer experience using company systems and procedures.
• Meet customer satisfaction targets and efficiency metrics to exceed expectations.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisor while following instructions for additional transactions.
