Job summary

HTU in Metro Manila is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage contingent worker lifecycle processes and provide first-level support in a fast-paced team.

You will assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers through all stages of contract labor, onboard, assign, track time and expenses, and ensure timely start of assignments. This hybrid role is based in Ortigas, Pasig, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2+ years MSP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2+ years staffing/MSP experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work mid/night shift and hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Assist during all stages of contract labor acquisition including interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs including pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking.
• Interact constantly with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so contractors can start assignments on time.
