Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth transition from scheduling interviews to onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidate and business.
• Handle updates about pre-boarding processes and documents; partner with candidates, TA consultants, and hiring managers.
• Ensure new hire data integrity; identify missing or incomplete documentation and provide recommendations.
• Liaise with HR Operations to gather required information and complete data.
