Job summary

Uc Bcf is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage contingent worker lifecycle processes and provide first-level support in a fast-paced team environment. The role requires coordinating with Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, suppliers, and contingent workers to ensure smooth onboarding, time tracking, and offboarding.

The position involves maintaining worker assignments, handling client communications, and producing program status reports for leadership, while monitoring SLAs and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 0–2+ years of staffing/MSP experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work mid/night shift and in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.
• Document client-reported issues and track resolutions to completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments reflecting changes.
• Provide communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and partners via meetings, email, and phone.
• Research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs including invoicing and vendor compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so contractors can start on time.

The Program Coordinator manages contingent worker lifecycle processes and provides first-level support in a fast-paced team environment.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs including pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking.
• Interact constantly with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so contractors can start assignments on time.
