Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Associate, Rewards Consultant to join the Rewards Consulting team in Manila. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly, focusing on business development, client engagement, and rewarding insights across compensation projects.

You will lead and support projects including job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structures, and executive compensation benchmarking while guiding analysts and shaping client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and Marsh colleagues to contribute to revenue targets.
• Lead business development efforts including lead generation and client engagement.
• Lead proposal shaping and design tailored to client needs and upsell opportunities.
• Lead or support projects across job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structure design, incentives, performance management, and board evaluation.
• Facilitate decision-making, manage risks, and ensure change control throughout projects.
• Guide analysts on technical aspects and ensure quality of analyses.
• Develop expertise on rewards trends in the Philippines and maintain delivery standards.
• Contribute to Marsh HR & Leadership Academy workshops and brand elevation in market.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards Consulting team, part of our people and investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Associate, Rewards Consultant, you will contribute to business development and pursue rewards consulting opportunities in the market. You will work with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality analysis, facilitate decisions, and contribute to client account management and expansion.

We will count on you to:

• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to produce annual revenue targets
• Lead business development efforts including the generation of leads and engagement with prospects, build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline
• Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities
• Lead or support projects across job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structure design, sales incentive design, short-term incentive design, performance management, board evaluation, long-term incentive design, KPI setting, and executive compensation benchmarking.
• Facilitate decision-making processes, manage and mitigate risks, and ensure appropriate change control throughout projects.
• Guide analysts on technical aspects of project work and remain accountable for the quality of their analyses.
• Develop expertise and points of view on industry and generic reward trends in the Philippines, while maintaining consistent standards of delivery excellence.
• Contribute to design and facilitation of key Marsh HR & Leadership Academy workshops
• Elevate Marsh People – Workforce and Rewards brand in the market by regularly sharing key trends and POVs, conducting local pulse surveys, and networking in conferences, events and industry associations.
