Job summary

Marsh is seeking a seasoned Associate, Rewards Consultant to support the Rewards Consulting team in Manila, Philippines. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly and focuses on business development, client delivery, and leadership in compensation projects.

You will help design salary structures, incentive schemes, and performance management solutions while guiding analysts and engaging stakeholders across client teams.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of rewards, performance management and HR consulting experience.
• Thrive in problem-solving, shaping solutions, understanding and solving client needs.
• Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels and interact with multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to produce annual revenue targets.
• Lead business development efforts including generation of leads and engagement with prospects, building a strong and sustainable business development pipeline.
• Lead proposal shaping, solution design to client needs and nurture upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead or support projects across job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structure design, sales incentive design, short-term incentive design, performance management, board evaluation, long-term incentive design, KPI setting, and executive compensation benchmarking.
• Facilitate decision-making processes, manage and mitigate risks, and ensure appropriate change control throughout projects.
• Guide analysts on technical aspects of project work and ensure quality of analyses.
• Develop expertise and viewpoints on industry and Philippine reward trends, maintaining delivery standards.
• Contribute to design and facilitation of Marsh HR & Leadership Academy workshops.
• Elevate Marsh People - Workforce and Rewards brand through trends sharing, local pulse surveys, and conference/networking.
