Job summary

hammerjack is seeking a proactive Claims administration specialist to support the team in a hybrid setup across Makati/Pampanga. You will register and maintain claims, prepare routine documents, and coordinate KYC and account updates with clients and insurers.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and strict confidentiality, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, international claims environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in insurance claims administration or related administrative role.
• Working knowledge of insurance claims processes, documentation, terminology, KYC, and compliance procedures.
• Experience using claims management systems for data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate claims records: register new claims, update approved claim information, and keep supporting documents complete and current.
• Prepare claims documentation: process debit and credit notes and produce routine claim, reserve, settlement, and client advice documents.
• Coordinate claims communication: monitor mailboxes, send acknowledgments and status updates, follow up on outstanding items, and file correspondence correctly.
• Support KYC and account setup: coordinate approved address and bank-detail updates, gather required information, and create client or underwriter profiles after verification.
• Protect claims authority: escalate technical, coverage, liability, reserve, settlement, contentious, or sensitive matters to the responsible Claims Handler or Claims Manager.
