Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in insurance claims administration or a similar administrative role.
• Singapore and/or UK insurance exposure is preferred.
• Experience using claims management systems for data entry and record maintenance.
• Strong written communication and coordination with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate claims records: Register new claims, update approved claim information, and keep supporting documents complete and current.
• Prepare claims documentation: Process debit and credit notes and produce routine claim, reserve, settlement, and client advice documents.
• Coordinate claims communication: Monitor mailboxes, send acknowledgments and status updates, follow up on outstanding items, and file correspondence correctly.
• Support KYC and account setup: Coordinate approved address and bank-detail updates, gather required information, and create client or underwriter profiles after verification.
• Protect claims authority: Escalate technical, coverage, liability, reserve, settlement, contentious, or sensitive matters to the responsible Claims Handler or Claims Manager.
