Qualifications

• 2-3 years in insurance claims administration or similar admin role.
• Familiar with claims processes, KYC, and compliance.
• Experience using claims systems for data entry and documents.

Responsibilities

• Register and maintain claims with accurate records.
• Prepare routine claim documents and notifications.
• Coordinate KYC and account updates with clients.
• Track outstanding actions and escalate sensitive matters.
• Escalate to Claims Handler/Manager for authority matters.
