Job summary

hammerjack is seeking an Insurance Administrator to support day-to-day insurance operations, maintain accurate client records, manage digital documents, and coordinate renewal activity for international clients. The role emphasizes structured processes and timely, dependable support within a hybrid working setup.

You will work with CRM systems, manage communications, and assist with debtor follow-ups and claims tracking, contributing to smooth renewal outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Singapore and/or UK insurance field.
• Experience using insurance CRMs or other relevant platforms.
• Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records with accuracy and easy retrieval.
• Manage documents and file invoices in the Document Management System.
• Keep communications moving with timely email handling and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-renewals and prepare renewal schedules and templates.
• Support renewal processing by obtaining terms and highlighting changes.
• Prepare comparative renewal quotes using client data and claims history.
• Assist debtor follow-ups by retrieving reports and sending reminders.
• Track claims activity in the CRM and keep records current.
