Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks a Change Management Analyst to influence how employees and stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt meaningful business change across impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and learning.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Experience across change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption
• Involvement in OCM initiatives through change delivery, transformation projects, or PMO environments
• Experience supporting learning needs analysis, training assessments, and learning content creation
• Degree or related certification in Psychology, Communications, HR or related discipline
• Strong English communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Office apps
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in collaborative projects
• Empathetic and people-centered attitude toward organizational change
• Metro Manila-based or within ~1 hour of Makati/Alabang travel

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1-2 years of direct Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience, supporting people-centered business, process, or organizational transformation
• Practical experience across change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, change readiness, and adoption
• Demonstrated involvement in OCM initiatives through change delivery, transformation projects, project delivery, or PMO environments
• Experience supporting learning needs analysis, training assessments, learning content, workshops, or other change enablement activities
• Degree or relevant certification in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Behavioural Science, Applied Science, or a related discipline
• Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and communicate change clearly
• Strong analytical, facilitation, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities and contribute effectively within collaborative project environments
• Adaptable, resilient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in helping people navigate organizational transformation
• Must be located in Metro Manila or within approximately one hour of travel to Makati or Alabang to support the required hybrid arrangement

• Assess business processes and identify people, workflow, and project impacts
• Develop and recommend change management strategies that improve stakeholder readiness, engagement, and adoption
• Develop communication materials, presentation decks, business documentation, and stakeholder updates
• Execute plans, track progress, manage schedules, and escape risks or issues
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders, project teams, and change recipients
• Support users and stakeholders before, during, and after implementation
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery principles
