Emapta is seeking a Senior Change Management Associate to drive organizational change across complex transformation programs. You will assess impacts, build readiness, and accelerate adoption by engaging stakeholders and delivering clear communications.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in OCM, strong English communication, and hands-on training material development. Remote work is hybrid with offices in Makati and Alabang; Metro Manila residency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, Project Management, or related field.
• End-to-end OCM across stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, readiness, and user adoption.
• Experience developing change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans/strategies.
• Learning needs assessments, capability gap analyses, training material development, and workshop facilitation.
• Consulting, business transformation, organizational development, or project delivery desirable.
• Strong English communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Must be based in Metro Manila and within approximately 1 hour of Alabang or Makati.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations and change impacts on people, processes, and outcomes.
• Gather client requirements, objectives, and change priorities.
• Recommend and implement OCM approaches that strengthen adoption and project success.
• Develop business documentation, reports, change communications, and decks.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and project presentations.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and adoption barriers.
• Support project execution through proactive collaboration and coordination.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to delivery.
• Guide employees and stakeholders through adoption and transition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting business transformation and people-focused change; IT Change Management experience alone does not qualify
• Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, HR, Project Management, Applied Science, Behavioural Science, or a related field
• Proven end-to-end OCM experience across stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, readiness, and user adoption
• Experience developing change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans/strategies
• Hands-on experience with learning needs assessments, capability gap analyses, training material development, and workshop/training facilitation
• Experience in consulting, business transformation, organizational development, or project delivery is highly desirable
