Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to lead change planning, stakeholder assessments, and communication strategies across complex programs. You will build capabilities, deliver training materials, and drive adoption while partnering with global teams in a hybrid Makati/Alabang setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting end-to-end change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, Journalism, Project Management, Behavioral Science, Business, or related field
• Experience conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), Training Needs Assessments (TNA), Stakeholder/Impact Assessments, and Change Readiness Assessments
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing Change Management, Communication, and Stakeholder Engagement Plans
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end change lifecycle, including planning, impact assessment, implementation, adoption, and sustainment
• Experience creating training materials and learning resources and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and learning interventions

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and advise stakeholders on Organizational Change Management strategies and solutions
• Assess business processes, stakeholder impacts, organizational impacts, and change readiness to identify areas requiring support
• Develop and deliver stakeholder presentations, communications, reports, training materials, and project documentation
• Create and implement Change Management Plans, Communication Plans, Stakeholder Engagement Plans, and adoption strategies
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and Training Needs Assessments and facilitate training sessions and learning interventions
• Coordinate change activities, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle
• Support project delivery by applying PM principles using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Provide guidance and ongoing support to leaders, stakeholders, and impacted employees before, during, and after change implementation
