Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Auto Loan Account Manager to maximize B2B partnerships across multiple product categories, acting as the liaison between Home Credit and dealers. You will support sales targets, market share growth, and program strategy while ensuring smooth application-to-disbursement processes.

Qualifications

Must have strong account management experience in B2B retail/financing environments.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and market penetration.
Solid data analysis and business acumen for retail contexts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

Commercial Growth: Drive sales volume and profitability.
Sales Growth and market penetration in assigned markets.
Coordinate and plan selling/marketing strategy with partner collaboration.
Monitor dealer performance and propose action plans to hit targets per product.
Ensure profitability for both Home Credit and partners.
