IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support tenant cash receipts, billing, and GL reconciliations.

The role involves hybrid work with onsite training at IBEX SHAW for 1–3 months, and requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of AR experience, a related degree, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager, SharePoint, Excel and VBA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with an ERP system (Yardi Voyager a plus).
• Strong computer skills incl. Excel, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint; VBA knowledge beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily analysis and application of tenant cash receipts and adjustments.
• Process tenant charges into the accounting system via SharePoint, and ensure property manager requirements are entered correctly.
• Review and process monthly Commercial Billing.
• Maintain the paperless file management system on SharePoint.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts monthly as assigned.
• Resolve unapplied cash receipts over 90 days.
• Investigate and resolve property management queries to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with external audit requests by researching and uploading documents to extranet.
• Journaling and reconciling end-of-month cash entries to prior month post-close receipts.
• Assist with month-end close meeting accounting deadlines.
