Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support the real estate management division by processing tenant payments, billing charges, and maintaining a paperless workflow. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely cash receipts posting, and strong customer service within a collaborative team.

You will handle daily cash application, GL reconciliation, and inquiries, with a focus on improving processes across a centralized, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience; degree a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (Yardi Voyager a plus).

Responsibilities

• Process tenant cash receipts and billing charges in the accounting system.
• Post receipts daily and reconcile to the bank.
• Maintain the paperless file management system on SharePoint.
• Perform monthly GL reconciliations.
• Resolve unapplied cash receipts over 90 days.
• Assist with external audit requests as needed.
• Journaling and reconciling end-of-month cash entries.
• Support month-end close deadlines.
• Provide high-level internal and external customer service.
