Boomering inc is seeking an organized Afterhours Healthcare Staffing Coordinator to support staffing operations in a hybrid role at our Pampanga location. You will ensure client shifts are filled with qualified workers, especially during urgent staffing requests and last-minute cancellations.

The ideal candidate has healthcare staffing experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare staffing, workforce scheduling, shift allocation, dispatch, or high-volume customer service is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Shift Allocation: Assign available and qualified workers to client shifts based on staffing requirements.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Find replacement workers quickly when scheduled staff cancel or become unavailable.
• Client & Worker Communication: Handle calls, emails, and staffing enquiries, providing timely updates on shift arrangements.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Monitor worker availability, manage shift changes, and help maintain staffing coverage.
• Issue Resolution: Address urgent staffing concerns and escalates unresolved issues when necessary.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shift allocations, cancellations, and client communications.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with recruitment consultants, account managers, and operations teams.
• Compliance: Follow company procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant staffing policies.
• Performance Targets: Meet expectations for response times, successful shift allocations, and customer service.
