Responsibilities

• Shift Allocation & Workforce Coordination: Monitor staffing requests and coordinate timely allocations.
• Urgent Staffing & Cancellation Management: Respond to last-minute cancellations and arrange replacements.
• Client & Candidate Communication: Manage afterhours inquiries with clear, professional updates.
• Issue Resolution & Proactive Escalation: Identify unresolved requests and ensure follow-through.
• High-Volume Workload Management: Prioritize time-sensitive requests without sacrificing accuracy.
