Boomering Inc in Angeles City, Pampanga, is hiring a Healthcare Staffing Coordinator (Afterhours Allocations Consultant). The role operates on a hybrid setup with early morning and afternoon shifts.

You will manage urgent staffing requests, allocate workers to shifts, handle last-minute cancellations, and maintain clear communications with clients, candidates, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has strong English communication, multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Experience in a high-volume call center, staffing coordination, or dispatch operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for updates to clients and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requests and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Shift Allocation & Workforce Coordination: monitor requests and coordinate timely shift allocations.
• Urgent Staffing & Cancellation Management: respond to last-minute cancellations and arrange replacements.
• Client & Candidate Communication: manage calls, emails, and staffing inquiries with timely updates.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: identify issues and follow through until resolution or handover.
• High-Volume Workload Management: prioritize time-sensitive requests and maintain accuracy.
• Candidate Engagement & Support: maintain relationships with workers and assist sourcing as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with recruitment consultants and account managers to satisfy clients.
• Documentation & Reporting: keep accurate shift allocations and escalation records.
• Operational Handover & Improvement: provide handovers and suggest process improvements.
