Boomering is seeking an Afterhours Allocation Consultant to support urgent staffing needs in a fast-paced service operation in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will coordinate worker allocations, handle last-minute cancellations, and ensure clear updates to clients, candidates, and internal teams.

The role requires exceptional communication, strong judgment, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Experience in high-volume call center, workforce scheduling or staffing coordination is highly desirable.
• Experience in recruitment or workforce allocation is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requests and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming staffing requests, assess availability, and coordinate timely shift allocations.
• Respond to last-minute cancellations with suitable replacements and minimize disruptions.
• Manage afterhours calls, emails, and inquiries with clear status updates.
• Identify and escalate unresolved staffing issues, ensuring follow-through.
• Prioritize time-critical requests and maintain organized communication channels.
• Maintain records of allocations, cancellations, and communications for handovers.
• Provide comprehensive shift handovers and contribute to process improvements.
• Adhere to policies, safety procedures, and compliance; report incidents as directed.
