Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Experience in high-volume call center, workforce scheduling, staffing coordination, or dispatch operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; ability to update clients and candidates professionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor urgent staffing requests and allocate shifts accurately to meet client needs.
• Coordinate worker allocations and respond to last-minute cancellations.
• Maintain clear, timely updates to clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Identify and escalate unresolved staffing requests and operational risks.
• Prioritize high-volume, time‑critical requests while preserving accuracy.
• Engage with candidates and support sourcing as needed.
• Document shift allocations, cancellations, and handovers for operational tracking.
