RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst I in the Philippines to manage initial software setup for new and existing client properties. You will analyze client data, follow procedures, and ensure successful product transfer with strong customer service and project management skills.

Expect on-site work during the first 90 days, then a hybrid arrangement with two on-site days weekly. Collaborative environments with cross-functional teams and timely delivery are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course related to IT or software.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of one or more products for small to midsize property management companies.
• Coordinate RealPage services including data conversion and training.
• Deliver on-time implementations per agreement with the customer.
• Support clients through the implementation process to achieve high client satisfaction.
