Job summary

RealPage is seeking an Implementation Services Representative II in Metro Manila to convert client data into RealPage products and systems. You will analyze data from Excel, PDF, and hardcopies and communicate with clients to ensure accurate implementation.

You will master conversion tools for Leasing & Rents product centers, while assisting in training new hires and meeting strict deadlines across multiple projects. The role requires attention to data integrity and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Accounting/Finance or business-related course required.
• 2-3 years related work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for multi-project work.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data integrity essential.
• Able to communicate and explain complex processes clearly.
• Experience with RealPage products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of RealPage conversion tools to implement products.
• Convert client materials into usable formats for RealPage systems.
• Review client practices to ensure data maximizes RealPage value.
• Enter data manually from multiple sources accurately.
• Analyze implementation reports and correct issues as needed.
• Document issues using Salesforce and related tools.
• Review orders to ensure requested services are complete.
• Provide peer and external quality assurance on deliverables.
• Communicate with clients to resolve data conversion issues.
• Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Update management on status and blockers.
• Assist in training new hires.
