Job summary

Point is a hybrid homeownership fintech based in the Philippines, seeking a customer success professional to join our Sales & Customer Experience team. You’ll support homeowners across phone, email and chat, guiding them through the application journey with empathy and expertise.

This role emphasizes high-touch consultative engagement, underwriting support, and proactive outreach to improve conversions.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales.
Demonstrated proficiency in consultative communication with a track record of driving conversion.
Experience managing high-touch client relationships across phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

Strategic Point of Contact: act as the primary engagement point for homeowners from inquiry through application.
Consultative Education: articulate Point’s value, educate homeowners on product benefits and pricing.
End-to-End Relationship Stewardship: manage the full lifecycle of homeowner interactions, including inquiries and underwriting requests.
Conversion-Focused Lead Management: qualify and nurture leads, ensuring smooth handoffs to Account Managers.
Operational Excellence: maintain accessibility and responsiveness across channels (phone, email, chat).
Strategic Growth Contribution: participate in pilots and cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows and retention.
