Qualifications

• Completed at least 2nd year in College or 2-year Associate course.
• Excellent English Verbal and written Communication Skills.
• Ability and willingness to recognize, deliver on card service sales opportunities.
• Customer service centric with effective relationship-building skills and rapport with clients and customers.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change; flexible to business needs.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to work with a team.
• Amenable to work in Northgate, Alabang and in a hybrid setup.
• Reside within 100 km distance from the Muntinlupa hub within a 4-hour land travel.
• Have at least a 30 Mbps wired internet connection when required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding all facets of Client Credit Card(s).
• Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts.
• Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize professional techniques to generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and/or product marketing.
• Comply with overall call quality standards.
• Adhere to Schedule and Time on System, follow Company Rules and Policies, especially on Time and Attendance.
