Job summary

Stefanini Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT Operations, ensuring 24/7 coverage, monitoring, incident handling and infrastructure support. The role provides operational leadership across shifts and coordinates with multiple technical teams in a hybrid model (3 days onsite).

You will drive continuous improvement, reporting accuracy, and team capability development while promoting service quality and effective escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT operations and service management.
• Strong incident management and escalation capabilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-team activities and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT Operations activities and ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate across shifts with monitoring, incidents, requests and planned activities.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues requiring management attention.
• Promote operational discipline, service quality and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee event management, incident management and L1/L2 support.
• Ensure DR readiness and participate in disaster recovery activities.
• Develop team capabilities and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, Network teams.
