Insight Manila is seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee a globally located Manila-based team handling IT incidents for MSP clients. The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of incidents, changes, and requests while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership, and ITIL/ITSM experience, plus a solid background in compute/server and network infrastructure.

• Polished and disciplined communicator, both written and oral.
• Managed Services experience.
• Strong technical background in compute/server and network infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Oversee a globally located Manila-based L1-L2 technician team delivering IT incidents for MSP clients.
