Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee client relationships and daily service delivery in a hybrid setup in Pasay. The role emphasizes acting as the SPOC for clients, guiding Service Desk, Security Administration, Deskside, and BPO services, and driving process improvements.

You will lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to ITIL practices and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four year equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years' IT or BPO management/operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent relationship, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for client(s).
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of Service Desk, Security Administration, Deskside, and BPO services.
• Provide leadership, direction and mentor team.
• Implement best practices and process improvements.
• Manage scope and changes of work.
• Assist with new launches or new business with client(s).
• Assist with invoicing.
