Job summary

Stefanini Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to fill the role of System Lead for select global systems. The IT GFS Service Operations Excellence team delivers system operations services, incident and problem management, and fulfillment of service requests.

The successful candidate will coordinate application support, change management, system operations and governance, and disaster recovery testing, interfacing with multiple business and IT areas to ensure reliable system performance.

Responsibilities

• Application support (incident and problem management).
• Application catalog (service requests).
• Change management.
• System operations and governance.
• Compliance documentation.
• Coordinating backup and recovery.
• Performing disaster recovery testing.
• Coordinating server and database patches.
• Coordinating software management.
• Interfacing with multiple business and IT areas (Functional Areas & Infrastructure).
• Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate, replace, migrate or decommission legacy systems/infrastructure items.
• Decommissioning (Retiring) systems.
• Coordinating system archiving.
