Job summary

Stefanini Philippines, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator for LES-MES in the Batangas area. You will oversee the complete life cycle of an existing IT system, from analyzing current arrangements to implementing updates and delivering user training.

The role involves interacting with a diverse user base to resolve problems and improve system performance. Candidates will maintain IT operations systems, gather incident details, coordinate testing, and produce training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining IT operations systems (Manufacturing/Logistics/QA)
• Ability to interact with users and resolve system issues
• Experience coordinating testing and providing training materials

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT Operations System (Manufacturing/Logistics/QA).
• Interact with users to assist with resolution of issues and requests related to the systems in scope of support.
• Gather information related to incidents, determine root causes and drive permanent resolutions.
• Coordinate testing to confirm delivered functionality before production deployment.
• Provide training and instruction manuals for new or upgraded system functionalities.
• Continuously assess system state and prepare improvement points.
