Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year in sales, marketing, or technical sales.
• Strong HVAC knowledge including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, compressors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Networking within construction/engineering/HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales territories and key accounts.
• Conduct client calls, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Prepare proposals, sales reports, and prospect lists.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and project management companies.
• Promote company products and represent the company at industry events.
