The Qualifications We Seek

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related trade discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating, project engineering, or mechanical services.
• Strong technical knowledge of fans, ventilation equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in fan selection software (training provided if required).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Your Daily Tasks

• Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform fan selections using specialized software to ensure accurate equipment size and optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to develop accurate technical and commercial proposals.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize system performance and project costs.
• Maintain estimation databases, supplier contacts, and pricing information.
