Job summary

Innovalite Electrical Enterprise seeks a Sales Mechanical Engineer to drive new business in mechanical and electro-mechanical products. You will engage with commercial, industrial, institutional, and government clients, deliver technical presentations, prepare quotations, and coordinate with project teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.
• 2–3 years experience in technical sales, HVAC, or mechanical equipment preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for mechanical and electro-mechanical products and solutions.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Promote products such as air-conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, ventilation, pumps, and cooling towers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding product specifications, pricing, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending sales opportunities to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects to identify opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports and updates.
