Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Pasig City is seeking a Mechanical Sales Engineer for an onsite role (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) with a salary of Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross. You will establish and strengthen relationships with customers, identify new opportunities, and introduce HVAC products while tailoring options to client needs.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree, 1–2 years in technical sales or HVAC, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience or familiarity with air-conditioning and HVAC systems is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, HVAC, or a related role.
• Good understanding of air-conditioning systems, key components, and their practical applications.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and other field activities.
• Strong technical sales, customer relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with current and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, develop project prospects, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Introduce HVAC products and solutions and recommend appropriate options based on clients’ technical and business requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales agreements based on customer specifications.
• Manage Purchase Order Confirmations (POCs) and coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
