Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate service appointments, manage technician schedules, and ensure efficient daily field operations.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple requests in a busy environment. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a permanent morning shift and office-based work in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC dispatching or a similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of HVAC service operations and maintenance scheduling is an advantage.
• Experience using dispatching, scheduling, or field service management software.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Customer-service oriented with attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Aufgaben

• Receive and manage incoming service calls and customer inquiries.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on job priority, availability, and location.
• Coordinate service appointments, emergency calls, and follow-up visits.
• Communicate job details, updates, and schedule changes to technicians and customers.
• Monitor technician schedules and track job progress.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information.
• Handle scheduling conflicts and assist in resolving service-related concerns.
• Ensure timely communication and efficient daily dispatch operations.
