Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide administrative support for HVAC operations.

You will communicate with customers and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate record-keeping. This on-site role in Angeles City, Pampanga runs Monday to Friday on a permanent morning shift.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in customer service or scheduling roles.
• Experience in home service industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of appointment scheduling and dispatch processes.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate HVAC service appointments.
• Assist customers with service requests and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians and dispatchers on schedules.
• Maintain customer records and service reports.
• Provide updates on arrival times and schedules.
• Address concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.
